Organization Identity Verification via Bank Transfer

Detailed Verification Process Information

The verification process via SWIFT/SEPA bank transfer is the first step to start identifying your organization for joining the Roksnet Framework.

During the successful initial verification process, your organization will receive Self-Service access to use the Roksnet Framework, where your organization will need to provide additional information to identify your organization and, after a successful verification process, order and manage Roksnet Services.

After completing the following application form, we will provide you with a unique Member Code for using the Roksnet Framework, an invoice for the verification process of your organization's identity, and instructions for transferring the Verification Invoice.

Please make sure that your bank issues your organization's name in full in the Latin alphabet, your international bank account number, the bank's own name and details. Do not use bank payment intermediaries who do not provide the required details!

Also, make sure that when paying the Verification Invoice, you include the Verification Invoice number issued by us and the Member Code issued by us for your organization in the bank transfer description.

When making the transfer, we rely on your bank having carried out the necessary procedures (AML, KYC, etc.) to identify your organization and the rights of its representatives, and that the transferor has the legal right to represent your organization when making the transfers and thereby join the organization to the Roksnet Framework.

After making the verification transfer, be prepared to provide additional information to continue identifying the organization's identity, all for the purpose of Highest Trustworthiness.

As a next step, we would like to receive an application from the legal representative of your organization to use the Roksnet Framework and a copy of the organization's founding document.

If upon receipt of the invoice it turns out that you made a mistake when filling out the application and submitting the data, then start filling out the application from scratch again, the previous application will be automatically deleted.

By paying the Verification Invoice, your organization confirms the accuracy of the data provided in the application and that your organization accepts all the requirements, agreements, and conditions of the Roksnet Framework. You can always opt out of the Roksnet Framework.

Since Roksnet clients are only legally registered organizations, Roksnet does not require personal data, all data submission and communication takes place at the organization level.

The Roksnet Framework is international and the primary language is English. Since it is possible that inconsistencies may arise during the process of verifying your organization's identity, Roksnet reserves the right to decide on the final name of your organization as the international name in the Roksnet Framework.
