Roksnet Solutions OÜ (Ltd) was founded in Estonia in 2016 by Riho Oks, who led the world’s first X-Road ecosystem – Estonia’s X-Tee – since 2002 and pioneered its international expansion to Finland since 2012.
Over the past decade, we’ve delivered X-Road projects across 18+ countries on 4 continents, accumulating deep expertise through project-based ecosystem development.
Today, our primary focus has shifted to Roksnet Framework – a strategic evolution enabling any organisation worldwide to benefit from X-Road technology. Drawing from 24 years of experience, we’ve created a comprehensive solution that makes global interoperability accessible to all.
